Horgan Twinn Property Consultants

Your information

A considered approach
to privacy.

Horgan Twinn Property Consultants Limited (company number 09090924) uses the information you share to understand your property project and respond to you. For questions or requests about your data, email hello@horgantwinn.com.

Project enquiries

You can contact us by email or the project enquiry form. We use the contact details and project information you choose to share to respond to your enquiry. Please do not send sensitive information. These details are used to take steps at your request before a potential engagement and to manage our correspondence. They are not added to a marketing list.

The enquiry form stores your name, email address, optional phone number and project details in our password-protected enquiry dashboard. Notifications are sent to our team using Resend, with a separate copy to Ben at EIPAW, our website provider, to check delivery and support the service. We do not send an automatic reply to the email address you enter. A separate private administrator preview does not save or send its entries.

Optional website analytics

Optional website analytics are switched off. We do not collect new analytics events or use analytics cookies or browser storage. Any analytics preference saved during an earlier visit is ignored while analytics are paused.

You can enquire by email or through the form. Your enquiry is not linked to a website analytics session.

Hosting and security

The site is hosted by Vercel and enquiry data is stored in a Neon database in its London region. Resend processes enquiry notifications for email delivery. These providers process data to operate the service and may process operational data internationally. Access to the enquiry dashboard is password protected. A necessary, secure session cookie keeps an administrator signed in for up to 12 hours. To prevent abuse, we temporarily store a keyed hash of the request’s IP address, rather than the raw address.

Keeping and removing information

Enquiries are kept only as needed to respond, manage a potential or existing client relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use or object to processing where applicable. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Analytics are reviewed and older records removed during maintenance; they are not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
