01 / The starting point
The brief.
The clients wanted to make more of the existing footprint, improving the layout and quality of the living spaces so the house would work more effectively as a family home.

Our role.
The project encompassed a whole-house renovation, a small first-floor extension and upgrades to the property's mechanical and engineering services. Traditional and locally sourced materials were used wherever possible to retain the house's character.

What makes it belong.
Bespoke bathrooms, a hand-built kitchen, pantry and boot room give everyday spaces particular care. Handmade double-glazed windows and a considered decorative finish bring the practical and the finely detailed together.
