01 / The starting point
The brief.
With planning permission already secured, the client wanted a substantial extension to add practical ground-floor space and further bedrooms and bathrooms above, alongside improvements to existing rooms.

Material & detail
What makes it belong.
Locally sourced timber and reclaimed tiles give the covered entertaining area its character. A small kitchen with an Argentinian grill and an open dining area adjoin the existing pool. A detailed garden design completed the final stage of the project.
