A Garden Retreat
Pool, leisure & landscape

01 / The starting point
The brief.
The client wanted to explore whether the garden could accommodate a swimming pool and leisure complex. The ambition was to create a beautiful, practical setting for relaxing and entertaining, sympathetic to the existing property.
02 / Horgan Twinn’s involvement
Our role.
Horgan Twinn was involved from the earliest planning concept through planning approval and construction, helping shape the scheme and managing the build from conception to completion.

Material & detail
What makes it belong.
Behind the finished spaces lay significant structural and excavation work, including an underground building. Reclaimed and locally sourced materials bring continuity to the new leisure buildings, while extensive landscaping and planting complete their setting.
